Measuring the Journey of Democracy in India: A Critical study

Abstract

This paper has been chosen and selected to explore and unravel major and most essential issues, problems and contradiction in the India’s social and civil settings. Rather this study attempts to identify and acknowledge essence and eternal issues of the common and poor people who are being eager and longing to enjoy and entertain constitutional privileges from the both central and state governments, because, India has wider and biggest democratic settings with biggest constitution along with the outlines and directions for making prosperity and progress in the civil life of all sections community. Constitutional ideologies are bound on India’s constitutional preamble to direct, dictate and operate the rulers to administer and govern the entire country according to constitution’s mandatory and people’s requirement. Both opposition party and ruling party are being major elements of the Indian parliament to enact good law, ensure goods life to poor people and implement pro-people’s welfare policies through taking and collecting public referendum and opinion ,against majority public opinion’s direction, suggestion and opinion none of state governments and ruler should take any arbitrary policy and decision .Needs policies , welfare of law and civil law as per the need of marginalized community to develop their life profile.
